I’ve been to D.C. exactly three times – 1974, 1995, and 2005. Based on what I’ve read and the total disgust I have for what the local D.C. government has allowed to happen in that city, it’ll be a cold day in hell before I ever go back. Are you stupid, a glutton for punishment, or insane by the definition of “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”? Never liked that definition. Insanity is not being in touch with reality. Doing things over and over and expecting different results is a subset.
