When I was a kid, I was the skinny geek with zits, taking second place in the statewide Latin competition, IQ off the charts and beating almost everyone (including the boys) at math and science because I loved them so much. Then I grew up and found out that MEN actually liked smart, logical, empathetic women. Of course, not geeky as an adult – Thank God for individual taste
When I was younger the cool girls looked down on me and the only ones I could hang with were the awkward ones. Now all of the ugly women hate me and the hot women think a dork like me is cool.

I love the way the Left is finally taking the gloves off, saying the quiet part out loud, admitting what they really are and thereby becoming self-limiting. If responsible, healthy, well educated, family oriented are all traits the Left rejects — If the insane mutilation of children and abdication of parental wisdom to children’s most self-destructive proclivities, the denial of biological scientific realities, alarmism over every possible negativity, slothfulness, indolence, egocentrism and massive intolerance for anything that doesn’t agree with them are what they embrace instead — Then who do they think is going to hire them, give them home… Read more »
Bill is correct that the conservative message should resonate. The problem is we really seem to only have one man who is comfortable enough in his own skin to model that.
Does he go too far sometimes; sure. But he is consistently showing that he is the alpha.
The next group needs to find someone who can pick up THAT mantle.
