The Dems are Running (But Where Will They Stop?)

With approval ratings hovering around 20%, the Democratic Party is looking more unpopular than it has been since Reconstruction. They are dropping their DEI and Woke shibboleths faster than a routed army drops their loaded rifles! What will they have left — what hill will they eventually make a stand on — when (or if) the running stops?

Very frustrating to be signed in as a paying member, only to have two ads shoved in my face. Better listening on YouTube, which is unfortunately.

Young people vote democrat because they’ve been given everything with nary a thought to who or how it was paid for. As they age they lean more to the right because they find they are busting their a$$ for a non-livable pittance, whether $7.50 per hour or $100.00 per hour.
They find when they are not mugged on the streets by a guy wearing all black, they are mugged by a government that hides in the blackness of laws they enact and taxes them out of existence.

Can you imagine Trump’s popularity if Putin or Xi retire one way or ‘the other’ and Russia or China is essentially liberated? There are signs and rumor’s. Even Trump’s fight with Zelenskyy is undermining Putin by contradicting all the previous Russian propaganda. Was that the objective?

The tale of Bill Clinton’s unexpected success should be heeded with caution. The truth is not only did Clinton come from nowhere, but Ross Perot put up the first real third part challenge. He got 19% of the vote. Perot, more than just Clinton, kept Bush from winning. But also, the GOP got complacent. They read the same tea leaves as the Dems and said there was no way that Bush could lose, except that he did. The GOP needs to latch onto Trump; not just his 80/20 positions, but his energy and push to keep going forward. They need… Read more »

It did not help that the Midwest GOP organizer was a prominent nudist movement member and thus a siting duck for a well timed fake scandal. Then Bush encountered a bar code scanner for the first time two years after it had rolled out world wide. He looked like a disconnected millionaire.

GMTA, I agree strongly with every bit of that. Conservatives shot themselves in the foot during that election. I know quite a few people who voted for Ross Perot. I tried to tell them that Perot was splitting the vote and that voting for Ross Perot was voting for Bill Clinton. After Bush lost every time I encountered one of those people I rubbed their nose in it hard … “Congratulations, your candidate won. The guy you voted for was Bill Clinton, you just found a way to get a Leftist Southern Democrat in office indirectly. I hope you’re proud… Read more »

Look for Gavin Newsom to follow the Clinton model and run as a left-centrist. He WANTS that WH, and will lie, cheat, steal, fold, spindle, mutilate to get it. “Of course your the only voter I’ve ever loved, the check’s in the mail, etc.”

Anybody who wonders how he’ll rule the USA can look at CA, and ask themselves is THAT is what they want THEIR state, THEIR nation, to look like?
