And here I thought that those rainbow crosswalks were reserved for the LGTQ++++ folx. As a white birthing person, albeit a post-menopausal one not likely to birth anytime soon, I seek white-on-black crosswalks, so as not to be mislabeled for something I am not.
Yeah. Those that support those ridiculously-colored crosswalks would agree that such segregation is required. After all, in their delusions they are the “elite” know-it-alls that deserve special consideration in all aspects of life, and the rest of us are to glorify them for their “pride”, which always precedes a fall.

Crosswalks are standardized (here & abroad), so locals understand purpose. They are, and should remain, sterile and non-partisan. Since this niche got their cross walks, can the Nazi niche replace walk/don’t walk hand symbols with swastikas & Star-of-David?! Why not add icons with tits and dicks to bathroom signs? Jasus! What follows is sarcasm, I don’t really mean it. But like any good sarcasm, it has some interesting points.

A couple of quick ones that I will post as separate comments. To elaborate on Scott’s point at the end. The main reason for having consistency in street signage, especially safety signs, is that drivers do not actually “read and comprehend” signs. We catch them out of peripheral vision and, through familiarity and repetition, our brains interpret them.
