For thus says the Lord God: Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet and rejoiced with all the malice within your soul against the land of Israel, therefore, behold, I have stretched out my hand against you, and will hand you over as plunder to the nations. And I will cut you off from the peoples and will make you perish out of the countries; I will destroy you. Then you will know that I am the Lord. Ez 25:6-7

On a more possitive (?) note: ABC Halts ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Indefinitely After Charlie Kirk Remarks about assassination drew criticism from the FCC. “ABC stations will air a special in remembrance of Charlie Kirk this Friday, during ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ timeslot. Kimmel said, “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid (wrong – he’s an adult) who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.” “What people don’t understand is that the broadcasters … have a license granted… Read more »

>”Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) wrote: “This is about protecting democracy. This must go to court.” “< He is 100% correct. Our very own media has violated their licenses continuously since Trump announced his candidacy. Their openly and virulent bias should have been question, taken to court LONG ago – before the attempt to assassinate Gabby Giffords, the softball game practice shooting, TWO attempts on Trump’s life. This leftist anti-American, anti-Constitutional,”fundamentally change America” rhetoric should have been adjudicated before it got to the point American citizens are killing each other over it. I lay the fact that it hasn’t been in the laps… Read more »

Bill, you’re right. This is not political nearly as much as it is spiritual. He has awoken many complacent folks. Charlie inspired and challenged in a lovng and caring manor, and people are responding. He died championing morals, family, and God. Is there any life spent better than that? And certainly, he has already heard, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.

It becomes increasingly and painfully obvious that the people who think that sex is non-binary are not only mentally disturbed, which we already knew, but are a particularly dangerous kind of mentally disturbed. Scott’s right, the world does not fundamentally change. There are now and always have been deviants from the norm. What’s changed is that those things were kept in check by society through the mechanism of disapproval. For instance — Gay people existed and did their “thing” privately. Not because we would take them out and hang them as the Muslims do but because they knew they would… Read more »

As Bill said, “Offended by everything, and ashamed of nothing.”

Charlie Kirk is a martyr. This video from PragerU, with Eric Metaxas, is great.

Charlie Kirk did a point/counterpoint around the topic “Did Trump go too far?” at Oxford, England recently. I had not been a follower of his and found it by chance. He basically played Paul Revere and challenged the British to help save Western Civilization. It was inspiring. He didn’t care to pander to the Muslim immigrants soon to be the majority in England. His response was uncomplicated and rang true. Glad our country had him, if only for a few years.
