The Daily Show is so certain that President Trump’s incoming cabinet and department head nominees are so irredeemably terrible that the best strategy for Progressives is to back every one of them to the hilt: Fool Around and Find Out (FAFO). But Conservatives see them as EXACTLY the kind of people needed to dismantle the Leftist Big State: after all, You Only Live Once (YOLO)!

I’m not naive enough to think Trump can fix it all in the next four years, but for just a minute follow the old advice of John Lennon. Imagine, if you will, at possibly the beginning of JD Vance’s 2nd term, a federal government of the people, by the people and for the people. This is the true fear of the democrats. Most of the arguments I’m seeing online about Trump’s cabinet picks are self-serving, self-perpetuating swamp reasoning. Tulsi isn’t being slotted as DNI because she’s a proven intelligence whiz kid. Nor because she’s a political suck up that will do the bidding of unelected string-pullers.
