Instead of pussy-footing around take this for exactly what it is – a declaration of war – and lock her and her buddies up and a POW camp.
Charge her with Sedition, which is the crime of creating a revolt, disturbance, or violence against lawful civil (or military) authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction. Bind her in chains. Book her into some jail (Bronx perhaps). Make DAMN SURE she gets a FULL and THOROUGH body search (twice to be safe), then let her meet her cell mate – Bubba – who’s a male (but identifies as female) that’s been imprisoned for rape & assault. It seems that Rumble is no longer serving the needs of our trio. It’s too bad, really, that such alternatives are unreliable.
That said, I vote for the Pinochet rides. In fact, a C-130 (or larger) would serve well to transport both her and her comrades.
