Roscosmos Chief Dmitry Rogozin declares Venus a ‘Russian planet’ and wants to go back to the place where the Soviet Union’s Venera 7 probe melted almost instantly on the hot and hostile surface. Should the U.S.A. challenge Russia’s Venusian hegemony, or let the Venus ‘sooners’ have a planet that Rogozin says is “like Hell over there.”
