Hating America: Celebrities Give the Finger to USA on her Birthday

Jessica Chastain flips off the USA on Independence Day. Katy Perry says women have fewer rights in the U.S. “than an actual sparkler”, and another celebrity is glad that NPR did not read the deeply-offensive Declaration of Independence to celebrate the nation’s birth. All of this, and more, happened this year on July 4, in the wake of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood.
