Divisive Science Article Wonders Why We Are So Divided

Having eliminated the most obvious cause (Progressive Critical Theory predicated on division and internal strife) as being too obvious, researchers have concluded that HATE must be a genetic, pro-survival, inherent part of the human psyche. Your RA team responds with, ‘Now you just hold on a minute there, Scooter.’

The only person whom I believe could really love and have dialogue with people who were trying to kill him was Jesus Christ. So to have a dialogue requires both sides to participate. The leftists have gone far beyond wanting any dialogue and are tyrants. Isn’t that more to the point? We can’t be heard if the others we’re trying to reason with refuse to even enter the arena. Their stance is “our way or the highway.” Don’t you just LOVE it??!!

There is a vulgar line in the movie titled “12 Monkeys” where the insane activist (Brad Pitt) loudly declares, “F*** the bozos!” This is the only reasonable response that these Leftist fools deserve, and the sooner we, who wish to preserve human civilization, grok this reality, the better off we all will be. You are correct … the insane are those with whom the rational cannot be reasoned. ALL Leftists fit that description.

I kinda love it when Bill goes on a rant, runs along full steam for two minutes, and then realizes that he’s thrown out everything he had to say and suddenly slams on the brakes!
“Uh, that’s all.”

I think it got posted to Member Blogs by accident. Or something. I don’t know what happened but it’s not showing up in the Right Angle catalog, just the Member Blog.

This “scientific” paper reeks of the primitivism and tribalism that has overtaken society of late. It’s the divisiveness that the Dems and Leftists have been sowing for the last 12 years.

For us to express hatred for the leaders that have created all the ills of the world only expresses our immaturity for we are the ones that are allowing the leaders to destroy humanity.
There is no difference between us and those that lead us, we are all conditioned.
Leaders are conditioned to lead and we are conditioned to follow
The problem is not the leadership, the problem is the conditioning.

I stopped thinking in terms of political parties decades ago. I take the state of our Republic seriously and that means looking deeper than just whether there’s an ass or a pachyderm logo affixed to something. This is important because there are easily as many Republicans working against the principles of Individual Liberty, Federalism and American Constitutionalism as there are Democrats. The percentage on the Democrat side of our leadership is higher and rapidly increasing. In the general population the proportions are nearly the same. That Democrat leadership is only responding to the impetus of their voters. Sadly, it seems… Read more »

Republicans are not only a lot closer to what you and I believe than Democrats, they’re the party that is supposedly on our side. You, I and other Conservatives are never going to change the Democrat Party. They won’t listen to us, they know we aren’t going to vote for them and we are “the other” that they hate because of this and more. We can mock them, point out their stupidities, and generally whine and snivvle about what they do until the cows come home. It makes no difference to them. The proof that doesn’t work is they’ve gotten… Read more »

“We don’t snap our head around for a beautiful flower.”
Speak for yourself.
As a highly adapted, modern man who has risen above my amygdala, not only will the just-now displayed hillside of Jonquils take my eyes off the road, so will a migrating Prairie Warbler.

This kind of “Science” reminds me of the Nazi “Science” that dehumanized the Jews and Gypsies by classifying the ‘untermenschen‘ by their irrevocable and irredeemable genetic traits and excused genocide..

I remember a BBC show in the late 70’s called, “The Two Ronnies,” on PBS. A Brit had just come home from his American holiday and was describing our political system to his friend. “They’ve got two parties like we do. Their Republican Party is roughly equivalent to our Conservative Party, and their Democrat Party is roughly equivalent to our Conservative party.” I remember being shocked.and thought, “What we’ve got here looks CONSERVATIVE to them??? NO WONDER their economy plunged into the sewer since WW2!”

I loved ‘The Two Ronnies’!!
Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett were brilliant political and societal satirists, and that was one of the funniest shows on TV when it aired. Of course, the humor was VERY British. Not many Americans would have fully appreciated it.
