Dems Storm the Barricades

Democratic Congresswoman LaMonica McIver and a group of Antifa goons broke into an ICE facility in Newark, New Jersey. During the ensuing scuffle Ms. McIver managed to land at least one Mostly Peaceful punch on a law enforcement officer and now the US Justice Department has decided to write a strongly worded let— wait, WHAT?! The DOJ is PRESSING CHARGES?!

And we think to ourselves, ‘what a wonderful world…’

oh no you can NOT pray because the cops WILL arrest you as well as for dancing at the Lincoln memorial. I do agree with you that she is NOT allowed to touch anyone just like cops are NOT allowed to touch anyone, “Under our system of government upon the individuality and intelligence of the citizen, the state” does not claim to control him/her, except as his/her conduct to others, leaving him/her the sole judge as to all that affects himself/herself.” Mugler v. Kansas 123 U.S. 623, 659-60.8.  (see Christy v. Elliot, 216 III. 31, 74 NE 1035; Cal v.… Read more »

More of the same stupid bullshit. You clearly do not understand the concept of Common Law nor do you seem to grasp the role of police in enforcing legitimate, Constitutionally sound laws duly enacted. Or maybe you do and your real purpose is to undermine the Republic of the United States of America. It’s one of those two, there are no other choices. It’s telling that you come here days or more after people have stopped commenting on a video to post your nonsense. You apparently think that after a given point in time no one is going to challenge… Read more »

You are WRONG about cops authority because “Under our system of government upon the individuality and intelligence of the citizen, the state” does not claim to control him/her, except as his/her conduct to others, leaving him/her the sole judge as to all that affects himself/herself.” Mugler v. Kansas 123 U.S. 623, 659-60.8.

(see Christy v. Elliot, 216 III. 31, 74 NE 1035; Cal v. Farley, 98 Cal. 09, 20 CA 3d 1032; Mich. v. Duke, 266 US 576, 69, 449.) State police power extends only to immediate threats to public safety, health, and welfare.

Both Phil and I already addressed this stupid bullshit. Posting it multiple times doesn’t make it any more correct, it just makes you look silly.

a “simple” traffic ticket violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th and 10 Amendment. Christy v. Elliot, 216 Ill. 31, 74 NE 1035; Cal v. Farley, 98 Cal. 09, 20 CA 3d 1032; Mich. v. Duke, 266 US 576, 69, 449.)  State police power extends only to immediate threats to public safety, health, and welfare.  Mugler v. Kansas 123 U.S. 623, 659-60.”Our system of government, based upon the individuality and intelligence of the Citizen, the state does not claim to control him, except as his conduct to others, leaving him the sole judge as to all that only affects himself.” You… Read more »

Thank you for, once again, providing us with the lunatic fringe/SovCit perspective. Completely misinterpreting and twisting case law and legal precedent.
We always appreciate seeing the world through the bizarro lens of the Left, to remind us why we fight to bring this country back to logic and common sense rule-of-law.

Traffic laws are implemented and enforced to protect the public. For instance, posted speed limit laws. Exceeding the posted speed limit IS an “immediate threat to public safety” and certainly falls under “conduct to others”. Roadways are engineered to be safe at certain rated speeds for all drivers of all skill levels in clear weather under favorable road surface conditions. While an individual driver may certainly be capable of safely operating a vehicle at higher than posted speed limit IF that driver were the only one on the road, that is never the case. There’s alway some idiot who thinks… Read more »

*YAWN*
I’ll believe anything will happen to these Dems when I see it.
Why does BLAMtifa still even exist? Why are anti semites running wild on college campuses?
I like to believe something will happen here, but experience tells me otherwise.

Some guy named Dan used to say, often, “The right thinks the left are people with bad ideas, while the left thinks that the right are bad people with ideas”.

Unfortunately, both censure and rebuke are irrelevant and toothless to freaks such as that so-called congress critter from New Jersey. The stakes are much higher, and the punishments should be more severe.

“The left believes your speach is violence, and their violence is speach.” Nyoice. If it were me that did these things, I’d go to jail!! I had a TS clearance for 40+ years, and if I did what Hillary did w/server, I’d be posting this from a rock pile in Leavenworth!! Not only is this *explicative deleted* not above the law, but ALL elected representatives should lead by good example – not assault, not violence. Time to re-introduce real consequences to really stupid, anti-social behavior (put Maxine Waters and Crocket at top of the list). Stop letting these self-righteous idiots… Read more »

ALL of these jackasses should be sitting on that Leavenworth rock pile that you mentioned with nothing more than an issued hammer (to break the rocks), leg irons and rats for food and company. I cannot agree with your statements more vehemently than that.
